Schedule Parent Teacher Conferences

Parent-teacher conferences will be held from 1:30-9:00pm on Thursday, November 12.  Conferences will be scheduled by appointment only using our conference scheduling system (click here).  Conference scheduling will be available until 9:00am on Wednesday, November 11.  If you have trouble with the scheduler, please contact your child's teacher so that they may help you schedule a time.  Conferences will be available in 15-minute blocks. If you feel additional time will be needed, please let your child's teacher know and additional time can be added to your scheduled conference.
 
There will be an EARLY DISMISSAL on Thursday, November 12 at 1:00pm to allow time for conferences.  There is NO SCHOOL on Friday, November 13.
 
Please note: Visitors to the building are limited to parent/guardian(s) and the student, if appropriate. To maintain social distancing, no children under school age will be permitted. Masks are required and social distancing standards will be observed.

If you are enrolled in the online learning option through Covington Schools, and would like to take advantage of the Seamless Summer Meal Program, please fill out the form below.  The form may be completed weekly, but meal pickup must be completed daily.  Meals will include both breakfast and lunch items.

Welcome to the Covington EVSD website. Thank you for taking the time to visit. Covington EVSD is a small rural district located in Miami County. On average, we have between 850-900 students enrolled annually and around 100 staff members. The district consists of Covington Elementary (grades K-6), Covington Junior High (grades 7-8), and Covington High (grades 9-12). Many Covington High School students also attend the Upper Valley Career Center in Piqua, Ohio for career readiness training. View more...
