ParentSquare
We are excited to share an important update regarding school communication at Covington Exempted Village Schools. Starting this summer, our district will be transitioning from Remind to ParentSquare as our primary communication platform.
This change is necessary because ParentSquare has acquired Remind, and messaging services are now being combined into one unified system. This transition will allow us to provide a more streamlined, efficient, and engaging communication experience for our families. Our automated calling services from One Call Now will also be moved over to ParentSquare.
This spring, we will begin a soft launch of ParentSquare to help families and staff become familiar with the platform before a full transition for the 2026–2027 school year.
What to expect during this transition:
- Parents and staff will receive an email ahead of the transition with instructions to activate their ParentSquare account
- Remind and One Call Now will continue to be used through the 2025-2026 school year.
- You may begin receiving messages and notifications from ParentSquare as we roll out the system. Some classes and teams will pilot the tool this spring, while the rest will be in place as we start next August.
What you can do now:
Please take a moment to ensure your contact information is accurate in FinalForms:

Keeping your information up to date will help ensure you receive all important communications. All parents or guardians will be automatically included in ParentSquare.
