Do these forms need completed again before this school year?

Yes. The annual registration forms provide an opportunity to ensure the schools have up-to-date information about our students.  The forms also includes annual releases and other important updates for parents.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Parents can click on the gray LOGIN button on the FinalForms portal. From the parent login screen, Final Forms provides tools to remember the email address you registered your parent account under as well as a tool to reset your password.  Covington Schools staff do not have access to parent passwords or the ability reset a password for you.

The forms say that my student must also complete them. How do they do that? Do they have a FinalForms account?

Students in grades 6 through 12 are required to complete some forms including athletics, technology, and student handbook agreements.  All student accounts are tied to their Covington school email address (@cevsd.org).  Students may sign-in using their school Google Account information that they use to log in to a Chromebook or other school accounts. That is the recommended procedure for returning students.

If the student is using a FinalForms password, however, it is NOT managed by Covington Schools.  Students who do not know their FinalForms password need to use the password reset tools on FinalForms, and then follow the steps by checking their school email. Covington School email is available by logging in at https://mail.google.com using the students' school email address and the password students would use to log in to their Chromebooks.
